JSC ZMK deals with certified system of control management which conform the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2001 which certificates metal constructions, frameworks of steel bridges freight cars, units and their parts.

Quality control department and Central factorial laboratory check all technological stages of manufacturing of constructions for confirmation of production quality compatibility. CFL consists of:

• Chemical laboratory
• Mechanical laboratory
• Laboratory of radiographic and ultrasonic controls
• Metrology laboratory

Factorial production is connected with providing of industrial reliability and obligatory its certification hereupon must be controlled by independent departments.

Wagon production is controlled by inspector of the Department of the rolling stock
